01 Order Processing & Shipping
All orders placed on the BDK Parfums website are carefully processed before dispatch. Orders are prepared within 24 business hours from payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Paris time) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
- A shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number, is sent as soon as the parcel is collected by the carrier.
Discover before you decide
Every order including a fragrance in 50 ml or 100 ml format comes with a complimentary sample, allowing you to discover the fragrance before opening the bottle. Should you wish to return your order, the full-size bottle must remain unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

03 Free Shipping
- 140 € purchase — Standard Colissimo Shipping (Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, Europe).
- 200 € purchase — Express UPS Ground Shipping (Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, Europe).
- 185 € purchase — Overseas Territories and Rest of the World (UPS Air).
These thresholds apply to the total order amount after any applicable promotions.
04 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website:

05 Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it under the following conditions.

06 General Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met :
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, intact and unused.
- The 14 calendar day return window begins from the date of receipt of the parcel.
- The following items are excluded from the right of return :
- Gift sets
- 10 ml formats
- Bath & body products (shower gel, body lotion) and hair perfume
- Scented candles
- Eaux de lessive
- Unsealed, used or damaged products
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to us.
07 Return Procedure
Standard return
- Contact our customer service at infos@bdkparfums.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will send you the return address, shipping instructions and return label.
- Carefully pack the item and drop off the parcel following the instructions provided. Keep your proof of postage.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Defective Product or Order Error
- Contact our customer service at infos@bdkparfums.com providing your order number.
- Describe the issue and attach 2 photos of the item concerned.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a prepaid return label.
- A full refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement will be offered according to your preference.
08 Refund
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Initial shipping costs are only refunded in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to BDK
- Exchanges are not offered. To discover another creation, we invite you to place a new order.
